XCardTracker is designed to help sports card sellers manage inventory, card details, sales, expenses, profit, and related seller information.
Information Stored by XCardTracker
XCardTracker may store information you enter into the app, including:
- Seller names and profile information
- Card descriptions and item details
- Grading company, grade, and certification numbers
- Purchase price and current comp values
- Sale price, fees, shipping, and other transaction details
- Tracking information
- Card photos
- Notes and seller settings
This information is used only to provide the app’s inventory, reporting, sales-tracking, and sharing features.
Local Data Storage
XCardTracker is designed as a local-first application. Card, seller, and transaction data is stored on your device using local app storage. XCardTracker does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.
Card Photos and OCR
When you choose or take a card photo, XCardTracker may store a copy of that image within the app’s local storage. Text recognition used by the Scan Details feature is performed on-device. Card images and recognized text are not sent to an external OCR service for processing.
PDF Inventory Exports
When you create an inventory PDF, XCardTracker generates the document locally on your device. The PDF is only shared when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. XCardTracker does not automatically upload exported inventory reports to an external service.
Data Sharing
XCardTracker does not sell your personal information. The app does not intentionally share your card inventory, seller records, financial information, photos, or transaction data with advertisers or data brokers. Information may leave your device only when you explicitly choose to share or export it using features provided by your device, such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or another installed application.
Analytics and Advertising
XCardTracker currently does not include third-party advertising or use your card inventory or transaction data for advertising purposes. If analytics, cloud synchronization, market-pricing services, or other online services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.
Children’s Privacy
XCardTracker is not specifically directed toward children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or online registration system.
Data Deletion
Because XCardTracker stores its primary data locally on your device, you can remove information by deleting individual records, using available reset features within the app, or deleting the application from your device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored XCardTracker data that has not been separately exported or backed up.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to keep XCardTracker data within the application’s local storage. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your iPhone and any files or reports you choose to export or share.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as XCardTracker evolves. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
